Q77 is the latest all-in-one rugged detachable, portable, and high-performance vehicle-mounted Mobile Data Terminal. Q7S is an IP65 grade Android 9.0, 7-inch powered by Qualcomm Octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 with processing speeds up to 1.8 GHz. This device integrates a variety of wireless communication modules such as WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G cellular and GPS. For more peripheral devices, it has a pigtail cable to meet various I/O interfaces, like GPIO, OBD-II, RS232, RS422, RS485, etc. It is also a suitable terminal for more customized applications, fleet management, taxi dispatch, intelligent industrial control, HMI terminals, etc.
The MDT (Mobile Data Terminal) is a next-generation resilient device that can be tailored to meet the needs of field operators for effective communications and increased fleet productivity in both business-oriented and non-business-oriented environments.
We have developed a unique MDT that ensures effective communication, access to data, and can be used as an effective tool for staff. By doing so, personnel can assign the closest, most appropriate and available unit for dispatch in case of urgent need. The system automatically recognizes the response time for dispatch. If the person in the vehicle does not respond to the call, the job will automatically be assigned to the next closest vehicle.
The system will automatically generate dispatches when requested by the customer, in which case the system will identify the nearest available vehicle and assign a new one. In addition to this, the customer can track the location and status of the assigned vehicle.
The system will determine the response time based on the emergency status. An additional advantage is the option to insert a SIM card and call other users. Group calls (e.g. Whatsapp voice messages) can be enabled to send group notes. The MDT solution we offer will improve the efficiency of security patrol cars, roadside assistance vehicles, ambulances, fleets, etc.

- The option to view the location of each vehicle in a centralized map accessible from your control center. This will increase the response time of security personnel.
- You can use the detailed replay option to retrieve historical movements as well as all operations and events. Replays will be accessed based on vehicles and dates for specific time periods.
- Detailed reports of dispatch, filtered by date and time for specific vehicles or groups based on guards, customers, etc.
- A facility to communicate with a group of vehicles based on their category or location.
- The application will support any number of languages. We will provide English as the default language. Customers can select another language from the list provided.
- A separate mobile app facility will be provided for HQ staff or fleet managers. This application is supported by Android.
- The centralized web application gives you access to add or manage drivers, vehicles, incidents, alerts, dispatches, customers, etc.
- In addition to these, you can also track if your vehicles are lost or stolen.
- Options to increase and decrease the playback speed of the navigation bar the vehicle is driving through.
- The device can withstand all weather conditions and temperatures. You can use custom devices, but it depends on the number of devices you order.
